PURPOSE: A portable information machinery having keyboard which can be turned upside down is provided to have a keyboard that can be turned upside down in the main body not to make the keyboard buttons exposed outside. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard is manufactured separately from a main body of a machinery. The main body has a space which can receive the separated keyboard, and a link connect the main body with the keyboard to make the keyboard rotate in the main body's space. When only a display panel of the machinery is used in the case such as a tablet manipulation, the keyboard is turned upside down, so that the keyboard buttons are not exposed outside. Therefore, malfunction that the keyboard buttons are touched wrong is prevented, and in the case of two directional rotations, it is possible to use the machinery with the machinery folded in the minimum size without anxiety of malfunction.
