APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING PACKET ERROR OF CDMA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the packet error of the CDMA communication system is provided to minimize the disruption of packets by preventing the loss of a bit 8 signal by noise and error and to detect the packet error in a receiving part at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting central processor unit(10) generates packet data and addresses to be transmitted. A packet start/end signal generation part(20), if receiving transmitting address from the transmitting central processor unit(10), generates an expanded start bit 8 signal and end bit 8 signal, so as to extract transmitting packets in a receiving part. A first-in first-out part(30) conducts the first-in first-out for packet data by inserting the generated bit 8 signal into the last bit of byte unit data inputted. A router(40) carries out routing for the transmitting packets to the destination of the transmitting packets. A dual port RAM(50) receives and stores the packets transmitted through the router(40). A receiving central processor unit(60) accesses and processes the packet data received in the dual port RAM(50).
