PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cheese for feed resistant to degradation, free from characteristic stickiness of cheese to improve the crushability without lowering the nutritive value of cheese, having improved physical properties to enable the use of the cheese as a raw material for formula feed and producible from any kind of cheese including cheese scrap and provide a process for producing the cheese at a low cost. SOLUTION: Finely cut granular cheese is compounded as necessary with an adhesion suppressing material composed of sugars, cereal, oil meal, diary product, minerals, vegetable fibers, starches, beans, proteins, bran, bread crumb, etc., to attach the adhesion suppressing material to the surface of the granular cheese or its surface is coated with the adhesion suppressing material and dried with air flow to a water-content of 3-20 wt.%. |
