摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent turning in a horizontal direction even if a rig fixedly provided in an equipment receives a horizontal load, also eliminate necessity for quality control for site work and welding in a site, and attain reduction of a cost and shortening of a site process, so that a pin tightening make-up hole can be accurately performed. SOLUTION: Sleeve fitting holes 11, 10 are drilled in a frame 3 and a base board 2a by using a sleeve position make-up jig for the frame 3 and a sleeve position make-up jig for a rig, a tapered pin 14 is driven into a led sleeve 12 fitted to the sleeve fitting holes 11, 10, an annular groove 16 provided in the external periphery of a tapered part of the tapered pin 14 is charged with partly the lead sleeve 12, a stopper 17 of the tapered pin 14 abuts to an upper surface of the base board 2a, an anchor washer 21 is fitted to a lower end of a bolt 20 inserted in a bolt insertion hole 19 of the tapered pin 14, and the anchor washer 21 is made to abut to a lower surface of the frame 3 by a nut 22 screwed to the bolt 20.
