<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for controlling delivery time which can decrease to a minimum limit the number of products in a large delay of delivery as the whole of a production line. SOLUTION: A host computer 2 in a delivery time control system 1 stores a product number processed in a production line 30, passing scheduled date of each process 32 to 32, and a time required for correction. A process terminal computer 10 to 10, in the case of generating spring out in this process, reports its fact and a cause of the spring out to the host computer 2, a direct run impeding list output device 22 outputs a direct run impeding list describing the passing scheduled date and the time required for correction. In the case of generating a plurality of the spring outs in a certain process, a worker compares the direct run impeding list of each product, to determine the order performing the correction of each product. The correction is performed in principle by the order from a product of early passing scheduled date of each product, but in the case of a remarkably long time required for the correction, a product of long time required for the correction is exceptionally postponed.</p> |
