The membrane structural body 2 is also expanded and extended by the buoyancy created by warm air inside. The membrane structural body is also formed with two membrane members and the space between the two members are expanded and extended for self standing by supplying pressured air into this space. Also, the membrane structural body is self-standing by supplying the pressure air to the inner space. The membrane structural body 2 is also formed with a membrane material with a variable transmitancy of light. And a layer of photocatalist can be formed on the surface of the air- supported structure.
