PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound imitating device capable of producing large imitation sounds without increasing speaker outputs, and a toilet bowl facility. SOLUTION: A toilet seat box 1 comprises a box-like casing having a case bottom 10 and a case upper 11. A hip washing mechanism consisting of a hot water tank 12, a hot water feed hose 13, a selector valve 14, a hip washing nozzle 15, a bidet washing nozzle 16 and the like is installed in the toilet seat box 1. A deodorizing fan 17, a hot air fan, and an imitation sound generator 20 are provided inside the toilet seat box 1. The imitation sound generator 20 includes a unit casing 21 fixed to the case bottom 10, a speaker 22 attached to the unit casing 21, and a speaker actuating circuit board buried in place by a potting material 23 mounted in the unit casing 21. The speaker 22 is directly opposed to a casing back 11a, with the interval therebetween being 20 mm or less.
