PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a climbing crane applicable to a reinforced concrete building. SOLUTION: In this climbing crane, a crane is attached to the top of a mast 1, a lower supporting device 2 is provided on the lower end of the mast 1, and an elevating device for elevating the mast 1 is provided on the mast 1. The lower supporting device is composed of a cruciform beam attached to the mast 1 and extension beams removably provided on respective tips of the beam. The elevating device 4 is provided with a beam supporting frame 5 through which the mast 1 is inserted, having the square outer shape, in which a support beam 6 is extended along respective sides, and to be connected to or separated from the mast 1 by insertion of a rod to the mast 1; a beam support frame guide 8 for vertically movably guiding the beam support frame 5 along the mast 1, an elevating frame 11 provided above the beam support frame 5, to be elevated along the mast 1, and connected to or separated from the mast 1 by insertion of the rod to the mast 1; and an elevating cylinder 13 provided between the elevating frame 1 and the beam support frame 5 and for lengthening or shortening the distance between them.
