PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a side pillow warmer and comfortably holdable by putting an exothermic material into the core part. SOLUTION: The core part of this side pillow 1 is formed into a long hollow. A small electric blanket 6 is made matching the shape of the core part and put into the core part. A temperature regulator 4 with switch id mounted on the terminal end of the tail part 3 and a plug 5 is connected. A disposable pocket warmer, etc., can be used as the exothermic material and panja is usable for the core cotton wool. When the side pillow is used, power is switched ON and the temperature regulator 4 for power source is set weak to keep temperature of human skin and a user go to be holding the side pillow. Thus the heated side pillow 1 gives warmth of mother to a user and the side pillow has effect of kotatsu (Japanese foot warmer) to induce more peaceful sleep.
