NON-CONTAMINATIVE, HIGH TEMPERATURE BAKING TYPE FLUORINE PIGMENT COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A non-contaminative, high temperature baking type fluorine pigment composition is provided which has an excellent durability and weather-resistance and good contamination preventing property and retains self-washing property by which the contaminating material on the surface of the coated film is naturally washed by rain. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises: (i) 40-60 wt.% of binder comprising polyvinylidenfluoride resin and thermoplastic acrylic resin in a weight ratio of 80/20-50/50; (ii) less than 40 wt.% of pigment selected from the group consisting of fired ceramic colored pigment, metallic pigment and mica pigment; (iii) 0.2-2 wt.% of pigment sedimentation preventing agent; (iv) 30-55 wt.% of a solvent mixture selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon, ethyleneglycol, ester having a high boiling point and isophorone; and (v) 2-10 wt.% of alkylsilicate inorganic complex compound.
