摘要 |
PURPOSE: A structure of a housing is provided to promptly and firmly fix a rod lens array in the structure of a housing. CONSTITUTION: A lens array(10) is installed in a recessed groove(21). A peak portion of a welding machine heated to a certain temperature contacts to a protruded portion(22) by pressurization. The protruded portion reaches a softening point starts to be softened. The peak portion is lowered and the protruded portion is flatten. The protruded portion is pressurized until a final height becomes 30-50% of an initial height. A portion of the protruded portion is widened radially or flattened to cover a portion of the upper face of the lens array. After the deformation, air is blown to the deformed protruded portion from an air outlet and a portion of the protruded portion is solidified. The lens array is firmly fixed in a housing(20) by the radially dispersed protruded portion. Thereby, the lens array is not displaced despite an unexpected shock or vibration. |
