PURPOSE: An installation structure for a train seat is provided which can improve working efficiency and can be used efficiently by making the rail formed following the length direction of the passenger quarters and making the displacing interval changed freely with making the seat moved on the rail. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure for a train seat comprises an elastic supporting body to make an insulator(2) penetrated a floor lid(8) installed in the upper part of a mat(4), and a rectangular seat bracket installed in the floor lid(8). It is characterized by comprising a square-formed supporting frame(14) is laid to the insulator(2); a rail(17) having an opened part is fixed to the upper center part of the supporting frame(14) following the length direction of the passenger quarters; a seat is fixed by fixing a seat leg(21) onto the rail(17) after fixing the seat leg(21) in the lower part of the seat and inserting the connecting device into the opened part(16); and between the insulator and a veneer board comprising the floor panel is formed air layer.
