PURPOSE: A broadcasting receiver device with function of limitation capability is provided to prevent using the television for children or minors at late night time. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting receiver device with function of limitation capability includes an input(14), a memory(16) and a controller(12). The input(14) receives the time for usage limitation. The memory(16) stores the time input and set for usage limitation. The controller(12) controls the broadcasting receiver device so as not to operate when the time set for usage limitation passes. The input and the memory further receives and stores pass words. The memory further is implemented with a non-volatile memory for successive operation.
