PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving a radio frequency signal in the fiber loop carrier system is provided so that a central office terminal and a remote terminal can transmit and receive data by a radio frequency signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal connection unit(210) carries out a time slot interchange function for a DS0 signal or an E1 signal to be transmitted to a remote terminal. A frame formation and modem unit(220), after forming an E1 frame for the E1 signal received from the signal connection unit(210), sends it to a receiving signal conversion unit(230), modulating through a broadband modem. The receiving signal conversion unit(230) modulates the E1 signal modulated into an analog type from the frame formation and modem unit(220) into a first frequency band and transmits it to a radio frequency signal transmitting unit(231). A radio frequency signal receiving unit(241) transmits the radio frequency signal of a second frequency band sent from the remote terminal to a receiving signal conversion unit(240). The receiving signal conversion unit(240) demodulates an analog type signal received from the radio frequency signal receiving unit(241). |
