PURPOSE: A method for processing an originating call through service negotiation in the mobile communication switching system is provided to achieve customized service configuration by processing an originating call through service negotiation between a subscriber and a network. CONSTITUTION: An originating mobile terminal attempts connection to a base station and a mobile switching center(S1). After requesting call processing to the mobile switching center through a setup message, the base station sets up a originating terminal and a channel through an initially assigned channel(S2,S3). The mobile terminal requests service negotiation for a specific configuration to the mobile switching center, and the mobile switching center determines acceptance for requested service configuration(S4). According to a fixed configuration, as a result of negotiation, the originating mobile terminal reassigns a resource and waits connection from a terminating side(S5). |
