PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing fluid control valve is provided to achieve an enhanced productivity and reduce manufacturing cost while soldering a fluid inlet forming member, fluid outlet forming member and a fluid injection member to a valve body formed by a drilling method. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing fluid control valve having a spindle to be vertically moved to control opening/closing of fluid passage, a valve body accommodating the spindle which controls the fluid passage defined between the liquid inlet and liquid outlet, and a fluid injection member for filling of the liquid, the method comprising the steps of performing drilling to form, at an interior of the material for the valve body, screw column to be engaged with an outer peripherical surface of the spindle, coupling groove for the liquid inlet, liquid outlet, and the fluid injection member, adhering the fluid inlet forming member, fluid outlet forming member and the fluid injection member into the coupling groove for the liquid inlet, liquid outlet, and the fluid injection member using an adhesive, and screw-coupling the spindles to an inner side of the valve body.
