摘要 PURPOSE: A flux composition for aluminum brazing and an aluminum brazing material containing the flux composition are provided to improve adhering force for aluminum components formed by aluminum with Mg or aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION: A flux composition is formed by adding 0.1-7wt% of LiF and 0.1-30wt% of CsAlF4 flux or CsAlF4-KalF4 flux to a nocolok flux. Moreover, a brazing material is composed of Al-Si-Zn alloy formed by 1-15wt% of Si, 6-39wt% of Zn, and the remnant wt% of Al. Herein, the weight ratio of the Al-Si-Zn alloy and the flux composition is 99.9:0.1-70:30. Thus, the movement of flux is improved by LiF and CsAlF4 or CsAlF4-KalF4 while lowering the melting point of the brazing material by Zn to improve the movement of the brazing material. Therefore, the brazing material is smoothly diffused for the combining unit of aluminum components. A leakage is not occurred because the generation of non-combined part is prevented.
