HUMAN ANGIOGENINE EXPRESSING RECOMBINANT MICROORGANISM AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A human angiogenin expressing recombinant microorganism and a producing method thereof are provided to easily produce a large amount of angiogenin without loosing its own biological activity. CONSTITUTION: Angiogenine is produced from the cancer cell, activates the formation of blood vessel, and decomposes RNAs to kill the cell. The angiogenin gene is positioned under controlling of tac promoter and is fused with the Omp A secreting signal sequence of E. coli, so that the angiogenin gene is expressed without loosing its activity. E. coli transformed by the above plasmid vector is incubated, and the cultured medium is purified by a column chromatography, so that the outer-cellular secretion of angiogenin and the maintenance of its activity are clarified.
