PURPOSE: A step of manufacturing PCT Thermistor is provided to prevent a gap, between a layer of inner electrode and exterior electrode, causing the gradual increasement of resistance due to a coefficient of thermal expansion from growing under a connection and solve a problems of a crack and a bad connection in soldering by formatting a first plating layer on an inner electrode and a second plating layer on an exterior electrode. CONSTITUTION: At outermost layer of conductive sheets(14) and an inner-layer electrode (11)composed of metallic foil having first plated layers, for outermost layers to be conductive sheets, a PCT thermistor contained a laminated body, and an outer-layer electrode(18) positioned at the outermost layer of the laminated body(13) and formatting a second plated layer (16) at a side facing the inner-layer electrode (11), and side-face electrode layers(20) disposed at facing sides of the laminated body(13) for connecting electrically the inner-layer electrode(11) to the outer-layer electrode(18).
