PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce kinds of diameters of needle bodies so as to handle a suture fitted needle fitted with sutures with plural kinds of thickness using the same guide means by forming step difference at a suture fitting part to cut off the relation between the thickness of the suture and the diameter of the needle body. SOLUTION: This medical suture fitted sutured needle 3 is composed of a needle body 3A comprising a suture fitting part 3c, a body part 3b continuos with the suture fitting part 3c, and a tip part 3a continuos with the body part 3b; and a medical suture 3B fixed to the suture fitting part 3c. The needle 3 is delivered from a needle set-up part of a guide means to a needle receiving part using the guide means to suture vital tissue. The suture fitting part 3c has a small diameter part formed by step difference 3d. The end of the medical suture 3B is inserted in a caulking hole 3e bored in the small diameter part, and the small diameter part is caulked to fix the medical suture 3B to the needle body 3A with fitting strength not less than the body part diameter (mm)×0.5 kgf.
