PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and safe beauty laser hair removing device by using a semi-conductor laser diode and properly adjusting the energy level of its laser beams. SOLUTION: A push-switch S is attached on the side surface of an L-shaped bent-cylindrical housing 11, and a short cylinder whose diameter is smaller than that of the housing 11 is integrally attached at the top of the housing 11. A suction cap 13 to be engaged with the short cylinder or a blow-out cap is detachably attached to the outer circumference of the short cylinder by way of screws (a). A lens hole (b) and an outer through hole (c) are bored at the center of axis and the outer rim on the top surface of the housing at the base of the short cylinder respectively, and a spherical lens 15 of almost the same diameter is engaged with the lens hole (b). A heat sink 16 inscribing the housing is attached to the interior side of the top of the housing. A laser hole (d) and an inner through hole (e) are bored at the center of axis and the outer rim of the heat sink respectively, and a laser diode LD is inserted into the laser hole. Laser beams from the laser diode are condensed to a skin contact surface 14 or the center of axis of the opening surface of the blow-out cap by means of the spherical lens set in front.
