PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a laser hand piece advantageous in cost by easily changing the projecting length of a laser transmitting member having the laser emitting end by arranging a laser transmitting member moving means for adjusting the projecting length of the laser transmitting member to a grip part. SOLUTION: A laser hand piece 1 threadedly advances a rod holder 6 along a threadedly engaging part of a male screw part 6a of the rod holder 6 and a screw hole part 10 of a tip cover 7 by rotating the rod holder 6 to the tip cover 7 in a state of taking out the tip cover 7 from a grip part 2, and can move the rod holder 6 in the shaft direction in the tip cover 7. Thus, since the projecting length of a rod member 5 projecting from the tip cover 7 can be changed to a desired length, the projecting length of the rod member 5 can be easily adjusted to a state corresponding to various treatments. Thus, a single laser hand piece 1 can be used for various uses.
