PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily removing the dust stuck to a granular catalyst from the catalyst and reusing the catalyst. SOLUTION: The dust stuck to the surface of the catalyst is removed by spraying gas to a dust-sticking granular catalyst used for decomposing the harmful matter in waste incinerating waste gas. Air or nitrogen is used as the spray gas, and spent gas is returned preferably to the flue of a waste incinerator. The catalyst is put on the screen 2 having 1-10 mm diameter, and the gas is spraying to the catalyst from upward preferably. The screen 2 is vibrated preferably. The catalyst after removing the dust is reused preferably as the catalyst for decomposing the harmful matter. |
