PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material with hot-water drain hole for a fast food container wherein, in a lid material for a fast food such as chow mein, which needs hot-water dripping, a surface sheet for exposing hot-water drip holes can be easily peeled off in a stable manner. SOLUTION: A composite sheet 10 and a surface sheet 20 are stacked and bonded to each other so as to be located respectively in a releasable region L1 and a bonding region L2 by means of an easy-to-peel layer 30 formed by applying a release agent to a predetermined shape region. In a lid material 1 with hot-water drip holes for a fast food container wherein one or a plurality of hot-water drip holes 12 are formed in the composite sheet 10 within the region L1, the peelable layer 30, forming the releasable region, contains wax of 5-95 wt.% and the wax is polyethylene wax, polyester wax, fatty amide wax, or a mixture thereof.
