PURPOSE: A load regulator of an automobile seat belt is provided that a seat belt retractor is shifted when over-pressure is put upon a seat belt by a car crash, thereby reducing a load influenced on passengers. CONSTITUTION: A load regulator of an automobile seat Belt comprises the steps of; forming a guide hole (212) vertically on a lower joint part (211) of a retractor bracket (210); installing a upper limiter (300) and a lower limiter (400) to a guide hole (212), thereby locating a retractor bracket (210) between upper and lower limiter (300) (400); bolting a guide hole (212), a upper limiter (300), a lower limiter (400) with a car body (700) all together. When a seat belt gets any pressure from a car accident such as a car crash, a retractor (200) moves upward and a retractor bracket (210) moves into between upper and lower limiter (300) (400) and absorbs energy continuously, thereby reducing the impact load to passengers and preventing injuries of passengers by seat belt.
