PURPOSE: A pad of a brassiere cup and a process thereof are provided which excellent in a sense of touch, permeability, and restoration and don't be crushed well. CONSTITUTION: A pad(3) of a brassiere cup is characterized in that a crude liquid of foaming silicon including a suitable amount of a defoaming agent and a plasticizer is foamed in a mold(1); and a lot of ventilating holes(4) are formed on the foamed surface of the mold with a lot of pins(2).
