PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire discharge processing machine capable of easily drawing up an NC program and making vertically heteromorphic processing without increasing the quantity of programs. SOLUTION: A subprogram surface terminal position generating means 8 forming a vertically heteromorphic shape generating means 7 generates a terminal position of the subprogram surface by conducting the shape copying with respect to the terminal position after graphic conversion of the inputted program surface and outputs the position to the subprogram surface graphic converting means 9 in order to prepare for drawing up the shape of the subprogram surface. The subprogram surface graphic converting means 9 conducts graphic conversion for the subprogram with respect to the terminal position of the subprogram surface in order to obtain the terminal position of the subprogram after graphic conversion, forming the shape of the subprogram, different from the shape of the program surface.
