PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for alignment of side edges of a sheet material fed to a sheet material stacking part. SOLUTION: A recycle lever 133 and a jogging plate 131B are arranged on the same side (a side regulating plate 128b side) of a sheet material stacking part 128. Therefore, since the side regulating plate 128b on one side has cutouts 142, 143, the position of the side regulating plate 128b is separated from a sheet material S by the length obtained by adding the allowanceβfor preventing the sheet material tip from being caught in the cutouts 142, 143 and the allowanceαof variations of the end of the sheet material S. While, a side regulating plate 128a on the other side has no cutout, the position of the side regulating plate 128a is separated from the sheet material S by only the allowanceαof variations of the end of the sheet material S. Accordingly, the reciprocating moving amount of the jogging plate 131b is 2 (2α+β), the distance can be shortened by 2βin comparison with a case where the allowanceβis needed to the side regulating plate 128a, and the time required for alignment of side edges can be shortened.
