PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool rotating device for hydraulic valves, capable of constantly rotating a spool to positively prevent sticking without taking out power directly from a gearbox of an jet engine. SOLUTION: The spool rotating device for hydraulic valves is provided with a rotor plate 16 which is connected to a spool 12 of a hydraulic valve 11 through an elastic coupling 15 and which can be rotated around an axis Z of the spool, and a vibrating motor 18 for rotating the rotor plate in one direction. The vibrating motor has a cavitation generating device 19 for generating cavitation by means of high pressure fluid, and an arm vibrating mechanism 20 for vibrating an arm 22 by means of pressure fluctuation of cavitation. One end 22a of the arm comes into contact with the rotor plate 16 to rotate it.
