VIBRATION WELDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A vibration welding apparatus is provided which is easily able to be attached to and detached from a vibration member of an upper jig. CONSTITUTION: A vibration welding apparatus which welds a coupled part by vibrating one side of a synthetic resin parts(lens) with keeping the coupled part of two synthetic resin parts such as a lens(9) and a main body(10) of a lamp equipment of car being in contact comprises: (i) an upper jig(7) which supports the lens of one side; (ii) a lower jig(8) which supports the main body of the other side; (iii) a vibration member which sticks the upper jig to fix; (iv) a plural of head group of bolts(11) which are screwed on the lower side of the vibration member; (v) an insertion pierced hole(12a) which is formed on an upper jig mounted portion(12) and has larger diameter(L1) than that(L2) of the head portion of the bolt(11a); and (vi) a cutout(13b) which is equipped at a spacer(13) being wider than the diameter of the insertion pierced hole(12a) of the upper jig(7) and has less diameter than the diameter of the head portion of the bolt and more wider width than the diameter of the axial portion of the bolt. By inserting and piercing the head portion of the bolt through the insertion pierced hole of the upper jig, the cutout of the space is hung to fit between the upper jig mounted portion and the head portion of the bolt, and in that state, by tightening the bolt to the vibration member, the upper jig is mounted on the vibration member.
