PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce labor and time for operation of checking the illegal exchange of various kinds of substrates, various kinds of IC chips, etc., constituting a game machine. SOLUTION: An illegal exchange checking device is formed of a circulation device 1 movably installed at a path disposed inside a game island as shown in figure (a), an ID tag adhered to each of pachinko machines 51 and inter- machine devices 52 and a command device installed in the control room of a pachinko center. The device 1 drives wheels by wheel driving parts 16 to move along a guide rail 54 laid on the bottom surface of the path. Each ID tag stores its own ID data and transmits ID data according to a request from the device 1. The ID tags are adhered to game panels of the machines 51, game control substrates, CPUs of the game control substrates, the game ROMs of the game control substrates, the character generators of pattern displays and the devices 52.
