PURPOSE: An arm supporter and a mat for mouse are provided to reduce fatigue of arms, which use a mouse, and to improve the efficiency of work by using the arm support and the mat for mouse jointly. CONSTITUTION: In an arm supporter(4) and a mat for mouse, the arm supporter(4), which is made by putting a movement supporter(6) on a fixed supporter(5), and a main mat(28) are detached on proper locations of a mat supporter(26). So, because the movement supporter(6) can move with parallel and rotate on the fixed supporter(5), the total size is reduced. If a computer user puts his arms on the arm supporter(4), when he uses a computer, his arms do not touch the table. And because the shoulder and the wrist of the user cooperate, when the user uses the mouse, the fatigue is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
