PURPOSE: A feed pump is provided which a foam existing in a fuel is credibly condensed and a cavity phenomenon is not occurred in a partly annular channel. CONSTITUTION: In a feed pump designed to feed fuel in a motor vehicle having two feed chambers (11, 12) facing each other, one of which is connected to an admission channel (18) while the other is connected to an outlet channel (19), the feed chamber (11) that is connected to the admission channel (18) has a settlement area (21) to which a compression area is attached (22) to initially settle down the fuel coming into the feed pump. Subsequently, gas bubbles specially present in hot fuel are dissolved by exceeding fuel steam pressure.
