PURPOSE: A processing method of a plate panel and a hair line thereof is provided which can reduce time for producing a mold by using a grinder, can reduce a dark part by forming a hair line to make the whole plate panel bright, and can prevent dazzling because the hair line is formed differently according to the brightness of the light. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a plate panel and a hair line thereof is characterized by comprising: a breadth of a hairline(X) in a part which a lighting is begun(11) is 0.4millimeter; a breadth of a hairline(X') of a center is 0.3millimeter; a breadth of a hairline(X'') in a part which a lighting is ended(13) is 0.2millimeter; and a mold is processed to be overlapped 0.023millimeter in processing the next hair line after processing the same to be 0.023millimeter longer than the breadth of the hair line(X, X', X'').
