摘要 PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy material of high hardness is provided to have the fine extruding property by controlling a content of a silicon, an iron, a copper, a manganese, a magnesium among an alloy component, to have the high hardness and the softness after extruding and hot-processing and to have a fibrile configuration without re-crystallizing. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy material contains; an aluminum as a mattress metal; a Mg2Si of 0.45-0.65wt% to increase a hardness of a silicon; a Mg of 0.55-1.1wt% as an element of alloy to generate a pulverized phase; a Fe of 0.1.-0.55wt%; a Cu added to reinforce and having a range of 0.45-0.9wt%; and other impurities under 0.2wt%. The aluminum alloy material is formed by a billet or a plate passed a process to maintain a thermal process of homogeneity at 480-550°C for 2-18hours.
