PURPOSE: A sealing structure of air in and out scroll air compressor is provided to prevent a tip seal from being pushed by applying an additional supporting device and to enhance a sealing property and compression efficiency by enabling the supporting device to give the elastic force of a shaft direction to the tip seal. CONSTITUTION: Air absorbed from an absorption hole is compressed and finally discharged to a vent hole while the volume of the air is decreased along with a compression space between a fixing and a rotary scroll. When compression is started in a scroll compressor, compression heat is generated, and the friction heat is generated as each tip seal(9) is contacted with a scroll. Since a plate spring(20) is inserted in the tip seal, the length of the tip seal is not long. Further, since any part of the tip seal is not restricted in a tip seal groove(8), the tip seal is equally elongated along with length direction. Even if the tip seal is elongated, an ability to return to an original state is improved by the elastic force of a wave shape plate spring(20).
