PURPOSE: An automobile damper having a flexible structure is provided to allow an adjustment of air passage while eliminating the use of an additional cam or a link so as to save a space for operating the cam or link in the damper. CONSTITUTION: An automobile damper comprises a pair of rollers(10, 11) spaced a predetermined distance and which are arranged to be rotatable in the same direction, a flexible plate(12) having a predetermined portion wound onto the rollers(10, 11) and which moves right and left upon rotation of the rollers(10, 11), and a wire(13) arranged at the upper and lower portions of the flexible plate(12) and which moves in accordance with the rotation of the rollers(10, 11), the plate(12) moving left or right by the rotation of the rollers(10, 11) thereby adjusting an air passage.
