PURPOSE: An immediate billing method for private network subscribers in the full electronic switching system is provided so that a public network exchange can carry out billing to a private network subscriber immediately when the private network subscriber uses the public network in the private network connected to the public switched telephone network. CONSTITUTION: If a public network exchange receives an incoming call through a relay signal processing(S1), the exchange receives a calling number(S2). Comparing the received calling number with a data base, the exchange confirms whether it is an immediate billing number(S3). If it is the immediate billing number, the exchanges marks it in a register(S4). If the calling number is not the immediate billing number, the exchange receives a called number(S5) and carries out number translation(S6). The exchange connects a called subscriber and a calling subscriber, performing the operation of a switch connection part(S7).
