PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate a contamination substance and foul odor and adjust temperature by providing an air-conditioner for air-conditioning indoor air at a ventilation device for forcibly introducing the fresh air indoors via an air duct for passing in a means for adsorbing a substance in air in a process for introducing the fresh air. SOLUTION: An air duct 1 for introducing the fresh air indoors is provided in a building A. The air duct 1 is composed of a duct part 7 below floor that is arranged at space 6 below floor and a duct body part 8 that is arranged above floor. Then, a means 5 for adsorbing a substance in air is accommodated in an accommodation part 11 halfway to the duct part 7 below floor. Diatomaceous earth, activated carbon macadam, or the like is used as an adsorption means 5 by itself or by mixing to adsorb a contamination substance and foul odor such as a contamination gas for elimination. Also, a fan 12 for forcibly adsorbing the fresh air and an air-conditioner 4 for air-conditioning are provided in the duct body part 8, thus maintaining the air in indoor space comfortably and in a healthy state.
