PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make incineration ash, etc., to be easily and safely taken out from a fixed incinerator. SOLUTION: A fixed incinerator 1 is constituted in such a way that a downwardly opened ash taking-out port 6 is formed on the bottom face of the incinerator 1 and an ash taking-out groove 14 is formed by digging the floor of the incinerator 1 which is confronted with the bottom face. Then a floor board 7 is installed to the port 6 and tiltably inserted into the groove 14 while one side of the board 7 is journaled by a base frame 2. In addition, a floor board lifting arm 8 is attached to the opened-side center of the lower surface of the board 7, with the front end of the arm 8 being protruded. The front end of the arm 8 is lifted with a wire 19 and connected to a winding machine 17 positioned above the arm 8, so that the ash taking-out port 6 may be closed or opened by winding up or down the wire 19 by means of the machine 17.
