<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the crimping work by applying a low-viscosity moisture-hardening one-liquid urethane adhesive containing no carbon on the outer face of a molded ceiling in advance, carrying this molded ceiling into a vehicle, and pressing it to the back side of a roof for the sticking work. SOLUTION: A low-viscosity moisture-hardening one-liquid urethane adhesive free from carbon is stored in drum cans 13a, 13b, it is discharged from the nozzle 12 of an end effector 4 and is applied to a molded ceiling 7a to be coated with the adhesive, and the molded ceiling 7a is stuck to a roof. The moisture- hardening one-liquid urethane adhesive is employed as the adhesive, sticking is made by a chemical change, not by mechanical crimping force, thus the molded ceiling 7a is not required to be strongly pressed to the roof. It takes about 30 min until practical strength is attained after the molded ceiling 7a is stuck to the roof of a vehicle, thus the positioning work can be made placidly.</p> |
