PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make used paper container recyclable, and disposable by comprising a thermoplastic resin layer, a paper layer, an adhesive resin layer, a separation layer, a release layer, an intermediate base material layer and thermoplastic resin layer, and forming a paper vessel for liquid from a laminated body that is laminated releasably between the separation layer and the release layer. SOLUTION: The blank plate of a gable top type vessel is made up of a polyethylene layer 1, a paper layer 2, an adhesive resin layer 3, a separation layer 4, a release layer 5, a gas barrier layer 6a, a plastic film layer 6b, and a polyethylene layer 7, each being laminated by the turn from the outside surface. The laminated body is released between the separation layer 4 and the release layer 5 to thereby be separable into an outer surface layer consisting mainly of paper of the polyethylene layer 1, paper layer 2, adhesive resin layer 3, and release layer 4 and an inner surface layer consisting principally of plastics of the release layer 5, gas barrier layer 6a, plastic film layer 6b, and polyethylene layer 7. In this way, the outer surface layer is made recyclable, and also the inner surface layer is made easily disposable.
