PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bending properties, press working properties and anti-damage properties by making the composition contain a polyester com pound, a polyvinylidene fluoride resin, an acrylic resin and a specific co- dispersion mixture wax. SOLUTION: (A) A polyester compound having a chemical structure of formula I, (B) a polyvinylidene fluoride resin having a weight average molecular weight of 300,000-700,000 and a melting point of 150-180 deg.C, (C) an acrylic resin having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-200,000 and (D) a co- dispersion mixture wax of polytetrafluoroethylene and a wax other than polytetrafluoroethylene having a melting point of 100 deg.C or more are blended such that the sum of components (A) through (C) is 40 wt.% or more based on the total solids content and the solids content weight ratio of component (B)/component (C) is 90/10-40/60. In the formula, (n) is 2-10; R is a polyoxymethylene, 1,4-cyclohexylenedimethyl, neopentylene or -(CH2)m- with (m) being 1-10; and R' is a group of formula II or formula III.
