PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an openability by forming an opening-cut portion on at least the side end of one longitudinal seal of a storage part, on the other hand, providing a line for opening such as a perforation lien in conformity with the opening-cut portion of a bag on the mount in a bag having an exhibition effect enhanced during a sale of product with a mount provided on the bag. SOLUTION: The bag 1 is formed by providing an opening-cut portion 4 on the upper external end of left and right longitudinal seals 3 situated at the side parts of a storage part 2, and after filling a content from an upper opening part, the upper opening part is closed through lateral sealing operation. The mount 10 is formed such that front and rear plates 11, 12 are joined via a central fold line, and an opening- aimed line 13 is provided within the front and rear plates 11, 12 and also a cut portion 14 is made at the end part of the line 13 for opening. Furthermore, a frame part 15 is division formed at the distal end ahead of the line 13. Finally, the bag 1 and mount 10 are joined such that the front and rear plates 11, 12 are folded to cross over from the upside of the bag 1 to the front and rear surfaces, thus being positioned to have the line 13 and opening-cut portion 4 corresponded with each other, and thereafter the inner front surface of the mount 10 is adhered to the surface of the bag 1 by an adhesive.
