PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disk-shaped items from blocking a hopper even if the width thereof is narrow, in a device wherein disk-shaped items stored in a hopper are delivered by a delivery means disposed beneath the hopper by attaching a guide member to the inside of the hopper to guide disk-shaped items to the delivery means. SOLUTION: A delivery unit 7 is disposed adjacent to, for example, a medal lending machine of a slot machine and includes a hopper 8 in communication with a medal tank 6 and a delivery means 9 provided beneath the hopper 8. The means 9 has a rotary rotor 10, which takes in medals 21 to send them to a discharge part 9a, and a motor 11 to drive the rotor 10. An elastic plate- shaped guide member 12 is disposed in the hopper 8, above the rotor 10, so as to oppose the inclined surface 8a of the bottom of the hopper 8. Thus, medals 21 are arranged in layers by the surface 8a and the member 12 so as to be guided, and hence the medals are prevented from blocking the hopper.
