PURPOSE: A string tying-up tool is provided which has powerful lock strength and is easy to put the string in and is convenient in use and has excellent external appearance. CONSTITUTION: In the string tying-up tool(1) comprising (i) a main body(10) having a pierced hole(13) where a string(42) is inserted; and (ii) a lock member(20) which is able to hang the string(42), which is inserted from one side of the pierced hole(13) to the other side of the pierced hole(13), against the strength toward the string coming off direction, the main body(10) has a cut portion(11) which corresponds to the lock member(20) and a support surface(14) which is formed adjacent to the pierced hole(13) and the lock member(20) is formed to be able to move corresponding to the cut portion(11) and a sawing portion(26) which is formed on the moving end side and is approximately linear shape and the sawing portion(26) is switched from the string releasing position to the string hanging position parallel to the support surface by the move of the lock member(20).
