PIPE WITH ABRASION RESISTANCE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A pipe with abrasion resistance and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the processability of the pipe and to have excellent abrasion resistance against the friction and corrosion of gravel generated while transferring cement slurry. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(10) of a cast steel material is cast for satisfying processability and mechanical property. Then, a rearing welding layer(12) is formed on the inner surface for contacting with cement slurry by hardening rear welding or by fixing a hardening rear welded steel sheet. Herein, the pipe of cast steel material holds the inner rear welding layer while preventing the break of components. Therefore, the pipe of cast steel material does not require a cast steel material with high carbon, because the pipe of cast steel material does not have relation to the abrasion resistance. If the shape is not complicated, an ordinary pipe is used instead of the cast steel material.
