PURPOSE: A cooling device of a built-in motor is provided to improve the cooling efficiency by introducing a cooling fluid into a stator and directly cooling an end coil. CONSTITUTION: A motor comprises a casing(11), a front bracket(12), a rear bracket(13), a spindle shaft(15), a rotor(16), and a stator(17). A cooling device(20) for cooling the heat which is generated when the motor is rotated is provided on the outer side of the casing(11). A cooling fluid introducing opening(11a) and a cooling fluid discharging opening(11b) are formed in both side walls of the casing(11).
