<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device of high safety in which a door can be opened even in the middle of transition from an incompletely locked condition of the door into a completely locked condition. SOLUTION: A door lock device is provided with a striker 1, a latch 3, a latch lever 5, a closing lever 7, a hook lever 34, and an opening lever 12. The latch 3 is rotated from an incompletely locked condition into a completely locked condition to be engaged with the striker 1, and the latch lever 5 is interlocked with the latch 3. The closing lever 7 is rotated by a closure motor to be engaged with/disengaged from the latch lever 5 to rotate the latch 3 in the incompletely locked condition into the completely locked condition, and it then restores to its original position. The opening lever 12 rotates the latch 3 in an opening direction by rotating operation, and it is provided with a lock cancelling mechanism to move the hook lever 34 shaft-installed on a lower end part of the closing lever 7 in such a direction as to get apart from the latch lever 5.</p> |
