GLARE REDUCING FILM AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a glare reducing film which has a haze value within a desired range and is able to improve distinctness of transmission without lowering reflecting property and also lower scintillation and use thereof. CONSTITUTION: A glare reducing film comprises: (i) a transparent base film; and (ii) a glare reducing layer where at least two kinds of transmittable ultrafine particles are contained in a transmittable resin formed on the transparent base film, wherein the difference of refractive index between the transmittable ultrafine particle and the transmittable resin is 0.03 or more and 0.020 or less, and each at least two kinds of transmittable ultrafine particles has different refractive index. The glare reducing film is used for preparing a polarizing plate and a transmittable display device.
